Orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will ship on Monday. Please note: we do not ship over the weekend or on major China holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to begin. Sometimes there is a delay between when the label is printed and when the package starts moving.

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible. Our warehouse is super speedy and tries to fulfil all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. We’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order is shipped out. If we are unable to cancel your order or make the adjustment, your order will be shipped, and you will be responsible for the return of the items upon receipt.
At the moment we do not have a gift card option.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to click on this tracking number to see the status of your order.
We are so sorry about that! Please contact us right away so we can replace the item at no cost and resolve the issue.
In order to avoid this issue, we recommend you send packages to a safe and secure address. If the tracking number of your package indicates that it was delivered to the proper address, there is not much we can do. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but you can place a claim with the shipping service. You can always email us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We believe in a wardrobe filled with pieces you love and reach for over and over again. If you’re not in love with your new Howl Studio item(s), you have 14 days from the initial order date to return your items. Clothing must be received in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
All Sales items have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or credit. We understand your situation, so if you have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out to us via email.
It’s easy! You can quickly create a pre-paid label using our online system here. $10.00 will be deducted from your original purchase price to cover the cost of return shipping. We encourage customers to get the right size the first time. For Hong Kong customers, email us for further details!
Choose merchandise credit. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your order number and the items you are sending back. Upon receipt and processing of your items, you will be emailed merchandise credit in the amount of the items you returned.
Pay for your return shipping. Simply ship your item(s) to: Howl Studio, 105 Rosario Ct, San Ramon, CA, USA 94583. Your return must be received within 14 days of the original order date and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance.
Once your item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be refunded within 5-8 business. Please note: Your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Yes – we do! Email us to start the process. Indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange and we’ll take it from there. At this time we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size. Please note: If you choose to make an exchange, the $10.00 return shipping fee does not apply.

FIT & SIZING
We do our best to make our clothes “fit true to size” which means if you are generally a medium in major brands (GAP, J.Crew, Banana Republic) you will be a medium in Howl Studio. Some styles fit looser or more fitted, in which case this will be noted in the product description. Also, our customers are very helpful about leaving size recommendations in the reviews!
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
To add a discount code to your order, all you have to do is simply enter the code in the "Discount" box at check out. Once you enter your code your total will reflect your order’s new amount.
Sale items cannot be returned. If size is your issue, we will do our best to accommodate exchanges of the same style, in another size, if available. We cannot guarantee due to limited sizes and quantities. If you are new to Howl Studio, we do not recommend you purchase something on Sales. Instead, try one of our best-sellers and find out your size. Then, you can take advantage of Sales items knowing your fit!

The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
